Orders, Returns, and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund of the price of the product and taxes associated with that purchase.
When returning a product for a refund Stripe our payment processor will not refund that charge, thus credit card processing fees are non-refundable. As well, when returning a product for a refund the USPS will not refund shipping charges, thus shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn't used or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Driven Deep.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
SHIPPING PRODUCTS
When a product is ordered before 5pm, the product will be shipped by the next business day (either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday). If a product is ordered after 5pm it will be shipped within the next 2 business days. If a product is ordered over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) then all orders will be shipped on Monday.
If an order is placed before 5pm on one of the following holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day), the order will be fulfilled on the next business day (Monday - Friday). If a product is ordered after 5pm on one of the holidays listed it will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
